Frequently Asked Questions

We are a monthly subscription box aimed at those blessed with beautiful curls and coils, kinks and wavy hair, featuring 3-4 full and travel sized products from new, niche and well-established brands. We also offer a one off box if you do not wish to subscribe and gift boxes to treat a curly haired friend. 

In addition, we now offer a shop page where you can purchase individual items, at times this will also include single items from our monthly boxes. These are packaged and shipped separately.

We offer a Monthly Subscription which includes Regular products and Free From products, alternate months and a Bi-monthly option which will exclusively features Free From products for £24 00 (incl. VAT) plus £3.99 p&p per month.

You certainly can, simply select the One Off Box option and then choose Gift A Box from the drop down option, and we will include a personalised message card on your behalf.

For subscription or one off boxes, the delivery charge for each box is £3.99 p&p.

For individual products from our Shop page, the delivery charge is £3.50 for the first item, and postage charges will be combined for any additional individual items.

We currently only ship within the UK. We use Royal Mail’s Second Class Delivery option, which can take 2-3 days to arrive from date of despatch.

Please notify us of any address changes before the despatch date, as we need to manually amend the order once it’s been create, even if the address is updated on your account page . We cannot be held liable if boxes are sent to the old address and not received.

Please notify us within 14 days of despatch if your box has not arrived. We send parcels second class, which cannot track packages but does show when it’s been delivered. We cannot be held liable if Royal Mail have delivered the item (with proof of delivery) and it goes missing thereafter.


Payment will automatically be made when you initially sign up for a monthly subscription and subsequent payments will then be taken out on the 1st of every month. One off and gift boxes will be paid immediately upon purchase. Boxes are usually shipped out between the 15th – 20th each month, any orders made after this time will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Shop products will be paid immediately once an order has been made, and will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Our Monthly Subscription / One Off boxes are not eligible for returns or exchange once they have been shipped out unfortunately. In the rare case that your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, we are more than happy to help.

For individual items from our Shop page, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched, within 14 days. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that have been opened, used or are not re-saleable.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on accessories. Please note, postage on returned items cannot be refunded. Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return postage charges.

Please notify us within 14 days if your box has not arrived. In the event that a parcel is missing but has been confirmed as delivered by Royal mail, we will initiate a ‘lost parcel’ claim with Royal Mail after the required waiting time. Please note this can take several weeks to resolve. If the box has been delivered, with proof of delivery on Royal Mail’s tracking service, we cannot be held liable for the parcel going missing thereafter.

There are no contracts, you are free to cancel at any time. Refunds will only be given if cancelled before the boxes are shipped out.

We do list Ingredients for individual products in our Shop Page. Our Subscription box products are only revealed once boxes are despatched, therefore we do not list the ingredients for those.
