What is Curls Allowed?

We are a monthly subscription box aimed at those blessed with beautiful curls and coils, kinks and wavy hair, and will feature 4 travel sized products from new, niche and well-established brands. We also offer a one off box if you do not wish to subscribe and gift boxes to treat a curly haired friend. 

What subscription packages do you offer and how much does it cost?

Our options are a pay monthly, one off or gift box at £17.00 plus P&P

Can I buy as a gift?

We offer a one-off gift box, just be sure to enter their address in the shipping/delivery address box, and you will also have the option to add a gift message which we will print on a card and add to their first box. You also have the option to gift a pay monthly subscription with an added gift message at the start

How much is delivery and do you ship internationally?

Our delivery charge for each box is £3.95 per month within the UK and £9.90 to the EU.

We currently only deliver within the UK and EU. This is subject to change, dependent on the Brexit result.

When will payment be taken and each box shipped each month?

Payment will automatically be made when you initially sign up for a pay monthly subscription and subsequent payments will then be taken out on the 1st of every month. One off and gift boxes will be paid immediately upon purchase. Boxes are usually shipped out between the 15th – 20th each month, any orders made after this time will be shipped within 3-5 working days. 

What is your returns, exchange and refunds policy?

Our boxes are not eligible for returns or exchange once they have been shipped out unfortunately. In the rare case that your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, we are more than happy to help.

In the event that a parcel is missing but has been confirmed as delivered by Royal mail, we will initiate a ‘lost parcel’ claim with Royal Mail after the required waiting time. Please note this can take several weeks to resolve.

What is your cancellations policy?

There are no contracts, you are free to cancel at any time. Refunds will only be given if cancelled before the boxes are shipped out. On the prepaid subscriptions, we will refund you in the first month if cancelled before the 15th. Any subsequent months will be refunded less the full cost of the box and postage for boxes already received. The discount offered on these boxes is not applicable if cancelled before the end period.
