Payment will be taken immediately for this month’s box and will automatically renew every month on the 1st.
All boxes are shipped out between the 15th -20th. If ordered after this time, boxes are sent out within 3-5 days of ordering.
Please note that the pay monthly boxes will have regular and free from products on alternate months.
Please ensure you sign up to the bi-monthly subscription if you only want free from products.
We are not liable if you order a regular box in error.
Remember to notify us of any address changes after an order has been created, this needs to be manually changed by us in order to go to the correct address, even if changed on the account page.
We cannot be held liable if boxes are despatched to old addresses and not received.
